As president of RH Strategic, David Herman provides the big picture strategy and analysis that powers the growth of the firm. Having earned his role through years of experience and results, David is a business and communications professional specializing in the development of market strategy for technology and healthcare focused business ventures. He has the highly-coveted ability to quickly and objectively assess a company's current situation, determine strengths and weaknesses, and offer substantive strategic recommendations. David is equally adept at developing and fostering long-term client relationships, having worked closely with GCI and Dell for many years.
Prior to RH Strategic, David served as vice president for business consulting at Infotech Strategies, where his work spanned clients in the wireless, telecommunications, healthcare, and education markets. Prior to Infotech, David worked in the Change Management and Training Group of ICF Consulting. There, he developed online collaboration tools, facilitated feedback focus groups and developed multi-day training programs for federal sector clients. David also has extensive technical expertise in designing and developing Web sites, creating marketing collateral and implementing project scalability strategies.
David holds memberships within the American Telemedicine Association, the Health Information Manager Systems Society, and the American Marketing Association. A native of New Jersey, he earned a B.S. in biological science and in environmental studies from George Washington University. When not traveling to the Pacific Northwest for impromptu strategy sessions, David loves to vacation all over the globe with his wife Susie, enjoying good food and even better wine.
