Alex Ruby combines traditional PR and digital media skills to maximize results for RH Strategic’s clients.
Driven by his belief that there should be a strategy behind every story, Alex works to ensure that every piece of content is aligned to the client’s long-term goals and objectives. He leverages his knowledge of social media and the digital landscape to execute integrated PR campaigns and has special expertise in podcasting. He has served as the producer and sound mixer of an award-winning client podcast, which has produced more than 60 episodes.
By drawing on his strong relationships with the media, Alex has secured broadcast and radio features for clients on KOMO, KIRO-TV (a CBS affiliate) and other venues. He has also placed stories in MarketWatch, Cheddar and major industry trade outlets.
A graduate of the University of Oregon, Alex was an account supervisor at Allen Hall Public Relations, a nationally accredited, student-run PR firm. He also held internships at the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival, YouAppi and RH Strategic before joining our firm full-time.
