To me, the essence of strategic communications is the intersection of creativity and critical thinking.
I love thinking about the strategy behind a story, and of course, telling the story itself. From developing social media plans to writing pitches, I believe every aspect of public relations is key to the success of a client’s story. But the written word is at the core of each one of those aspects.
Before joining the RH team, I worked at the University of Oregon’s on-campus, student-run PR firm where I honed my skills and helped local businesses grow their brands and promote themselves in the community. I learned how to professionally interact with clients and actively work with my teammates. A combination of strategic storytelling, experienced client relations, and more than competent teamwork is what drove me to joining RH Strategic.
