I grew up in an old-school newsroom, watching my aunt lay out the newspaper using pica tape and waxed cutouts of column-width stories. As I grew older, I developed a love for storytelling and for finding a way to connect authentically with audiences. I wanted to write what people truly wanted to read, not what they had to read.

I’ve turned my beginnings as a crime and county government reporter into more than a decade of helping enterprise and consumer technology companies message and tell their stories. I pioneered digital and social media campaigns to enable companies to take control of their own narrative. I thrive on data-driven PR to help ensure we’re on top of the latest trends and able to successfully adapt. If you can’t measure it, it doesn’t exist.

I’m a geek at heart, constantly exploring the latest social network, machine learning breakthrough or database technology. I have led the communications strategies for some of the world’s largest software companies, and today help our clients create, share and amplify their own stories.

I’m proudest of…

Being able to prove the success of my content and storytelling initiatives. From generating six figures of measurable revenue for a sales forecasting software company to exponentially increasing readership for a Microsoft business group’s digital properties, seeing the business results from a strong communications program is truly a great feeling.
