Justin Higgins applies his deep understanding of the political landscape to develop content and strategies that help his clients achieve their business and policy goals.

Justin’s more than seven years of bipartisan experience enables him to successfully leverage the media to achieve and strengthen his client’s long-term goals. He’s passionate about developing strategies and positions that advance socially responsible, pro-growth policies.

After earning a BA in Political Science from Tufts University, Justin worked as a lobbyist for a Fortune 400 agriculture company and as a politically appointed Democratic government official responsible for managing Hurricane Maria disaster relief appropriations.

Samples of Justin’s achievements:

  • Creating and successfully advocating for a novel form of disaster relief funding from the existing Community Disaster Loan program that provided Puerto Rico with $4.7 billion in aid, as well as procuring over $4.8 billion in Medicaid funding for Puerto Rico.
  • Pitching, guiding content and managing logistics for an hour-long CNBC documentary on Puerto Rico’s disaster relief efforts hosted by The Profit’s Marcus Lemonis.
  • Securing media placements in and interviews with top-tier national and trade outlets, including The Associated Press, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Politico and CNN.
  • Developing and implementing complex strategy and policy positions for a wide variety of issues, including cybersecurity, energy, foreign affairs, international trade, and healthcare.
