Melissa brings more than a decade of experience executing on individual and team-based projects that expertly balance brand awareness and story. Throughout her career, Melissa has developed a niche telling thoughtful and impactful stories.

Melissa began her career as a daily print journalist in Texas covering government and economic development before transitioning into data-driven research and then content marketing. She develops content and strategies across a range of industries, including B2B, B2G, and B2C businesses.

  • Creating the highest engaged case study and blog content quarter-over-quarter for one of the largest government software providers in the U.S.
  • Successfully launching multiple website re-designs to revitalize clients’ brand story, including developing clear, accurate and on-brand content; producing competitive content and messaging analyses; conducting due diligence and team interviews; and creating comprehensive messaging frameworks for clients’ master brands.
  • Driving the research, data analysis, and content creation for a client’s data-driven economic indicator publications, as well as re-aligning the firm’s data repository for faster and more accurate year-over-year data analysis and data storytelling.
