The RH Strategic Fellowship is our front door for emerging early career professionals ready to begin their communications careers. Over six months, Fellows are embedded on active accounts, contributing to real deliverables, sitting in on strategic discussions and seeing how high-stakes comms choices take shape. It is designed as both a learning experience and an accelerated launch: clear expectations, candid feedback and meaningful exposure to the sectors shaping today’s innovation economy. Many Fellows continue on in full-time roles, carrying forward the standards and confidence developed during the program.
