The Fellowship

The Beginning of What’s Next.

The RH Strategic Fellowship: Real work. Lasting impact.

The highly coveted RH Strategic Fellowship is an immersive program that puts you in the room where real communications work happens—alongside experienced, thoughtful, talented professionals who are invested in seeing you succeed.

Our Fellows engage directly with client work from day one, gaining hands-on experience in some of the most important sectors in today’s innovation economy and building practical skills across the spectrum of communications disciplines.

The Fellowship is intentionally structured as an extended onboarding and evaluation period—emphasizing real work, real expectations and real feedback. Fellows develop the essential skills that define strong agency professionals: prioritization, meeting deadlines, collaboration, attention to detail and producing high-quality deliverables. They draft content, contribute to strategy sessions, participate in structured training workshops and engage in firm-wide learning opportunities. Throughout the program, dedicated mentors and account teams provide regular feedback and practical training designed to accelerate professional growth.

This program also serves as a pathway into a career. Many of our Fellows go on to become full-time team members in our coordinator role and continue to grow their careers here.
