RH Strategic’s highly-coveted post-graduate Fellowship Program.

RH Strategic’s fellowship program offers post-graduate students an opportunity to launch their careers in public relations and communications. Fellows will gain communications, PR and professional workplace experience from seasoned practitioners over a six-month exploration in various skills consistent with PR agency life. This immersive experience allows fellows to support brands at the forefront of healthcare, technology, education, cybersecurity and other world-changing industries.

During the initial six-month period, fellows will rotate through communications and public relations core fundamental skills including writing, media relations, digital communications and public affairs. Most importantly, fellows join our professional environment, learning work life traits including punctuality, prioritization, meeting deadlines, coordination, expectations for high-quality deliverables and showing up curious. Fellows are supported by coaches and are given specialized training, continuous feedback and learning opportunities.

The six-month immersive fellowship is designed as a pathway to a full-time coordinator role at our PR agency. Following the successful completion of the program, fellows will advance into the communications coordinator role and continue their career at RH Strategic.

Pay and Benefits
Fellows earn pay at an annual salary rate of $40,000, receive six days of PTO for use during the six-month program and will earn other attractive benefits upon completion of the program.

Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a communications field, including journalism, public relations, marketing, etc. and show intent toward pursuing a career in communications through coursework and a previous internship or fellowship. RH Strategic requires a transcript copy and references to advance to the final interview stages and/or receive an offer for employment.

Fellows must be able to work from our Seattle and D.C. offices at least three (3) days per week.
