When Intel wanted to amp up its visibility on public policy issues, they turned to RH Strategic to take their communications to the next level. RH developed a D.C. public relations strategy to insert Intel into more conversations and display their thought leadership on tech policy issues.  RH also suggested regular content to populate Intel’s social media platforms.

The RH team partnered with Intel to develop content, engage with media and create events to position Intel as leaders in artificial intelligence, autonomous Driving, UAVs and 5G in Washington, DC. Intel has testified on Capitol Hill, placed op-eds, been cited by relevant reporters and significantly increased its social media presence in these areas. RH has guided the creation of Intel’s own “Tech Plus Policy” events and assisted in the company’s partnership with major policy publications to host events in D.C.

Results: In eight months, RH Strategic secured more than 30 pieces of coverage spanning policy and national media including The Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Politico and Axios. Intel’s Twitter influence has grown nearly tenfold and followers have increased by more than 20%. Additionally, RH Strategic has been involved in the planning and initiation of an event series with Politico and has managed this year’s Intel Tech + Policy event series.
