With 10,000 baby boomers turning 65 every single day and less than 1 million health aides working today nationwide, Interim HealthCare turned to RH Strategic to raise awareness about the national caregiver crisis.

We developed a multi-pronged media campaign that leveraged Interim HealthCare’s executive team and franchise owners to tell stories of the crisis’ impact across the nation.Through a series of bylines authored by regional franchise owners, Interim HealthCare educated the public at the community level about the need for caregivers and the many career opportunities in the field. Nationally, the PR team capitalized on Interim HealthCare’s reputation as the first in home care and established a bench of corporate executives as the go-to experts for perspective on the shortage.

Results:
In a single year, RH Strategic secured 68 pieces of earned media coverage featuring the Interim HealthCare brand in national top-tier and trade outlets, such as Modern Healthcare, Forbes and Home Health Care News, as well as in hyperlocal outlets, such as The Columbus Dispatch, The Pueblo Chieftain and the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal. The RH team engaged with and supported 10 individual franchise owners with a mixture of regional outreach, byline placements and national trade interviews.
