We are honored to announce that RH Strategic is the winner of TWO PRSA Thoth Awards! Our work was recognized in the Media Relations: Business category for McAfee’s Election Security Campaign and the Public Affairs category for Intel’s Privacy Policy Leadership Campaign.
This awards program recognizes the creativity and accomplishment of PR firms in the Greater Washington, D.C. area. The following campaigns represent the boundary-pushing work we do for all our clients.
Intel Introduces a Model for U.S. Privacy Legislation
We worked with Intel Corporation, a Fortune 50 company, to elevate its status as a champion of comprehensive U.S. privacy policy. After conducting extensive research, we developed a strategy to position Intel as a thought leader among policymakers. This included placing 15 pieces of media coverage in top-tier media outlets like The New York Times, Politico and Reuters; organizing a Tech + Policy event in D.C.; and promoting Intel Global Privacy Officer David Hoffman’s model legislation, which included an editorial mention in The Washington Post.
McAfee Secures Our Midterm Elections
Election security has been a central theme in media headlines since the 2016 U.S. presidential election. In the lead-up to the 2018 midterms, we worked methodically to establish McAfee as a leader in the field and promote the free election security offering McAfee developed for state election boards. Over the course of 2018, we scored 32 pieces of media coverage featuring McAfee on the topic of election security, including placements in The Washington Post, Bloomberg, and Axios.
