Our society places a lot of emphasis on 3rd party validation – workplace reputations, restaurant or travel reviews (think Yelp! or Trip Advisor) and even entertainment (movies, sports, T.V. shows). The same should be said for public relations credibility.
Many agencies and companies seek 3rd party validation for the blood, sweat and tears poured into their work every year. Organizations such as PRWeek, Ragan Communications and PRSA, to name a few, honor the work of our industry with highly-coveted awards for PR campaigns, media results, pitches, interviews, social media, internal communications, videos, community programs and more. Being recognized by these programs is a huge honor to the teams who dedicate countless hours to the project, thus earning them a moment on the PR royalty throne.
And with this, I’m proud to announce that the team at RH Strategic lies in wait for the final results of the 2015 Ragan’s Health Care PR and Marketing Awards. Our PR campaign, execution and results for Bellevue-based healthcare IT company Edifecs and its move to a new headquarters one year ago earned the team a finalist position for Best PR Campaign, “Walking the Talk of Healthcare Reform.”
