Every year, the American Business Awards honors innovative and impactful public relations campaigns with the Stevie Awards. RH Strategic is thrilled to be crowned with two gold Stevie Awards for our work in healthcare and public affairs!

After taking home silver and bronze Stevie Awards last year, we’re excited to take the top prize in two categories this year: Healthcare Campaign of the Year and Public Affairs Campaign of the Year. These campaigns underscore our focus on strategy and creativity and are examples of the work we do to elevate our clients in their respective industries.

PlushCare: Positioning as the Leader in Virtual Primary Care and Mental Health Provider

PlushCare (a San Francisco-based virtual primary and mental health care company) saw its business skyrocket as telehealth became mainstream early in the pandemic. As doctors’ offices opened in 2021, the stakes were high, because PlushCare needed to stay relevant. PlushCare tasked its agency partner RH Strategic to help the company raise its visibility among consumers and potential investors as a leading virtual primary care and mental health provider in order to continue its rapid growth trajectory.

PlushCare is uniquely moving telehealth from a transactional experience to a long-term patient/doctor relationship. This shift presented an opportunity to position PlushCare physicians as storytellers for healthcare trends. RH Strategic used media relations to elevate PlushCare’s physicians, therapists and co-founders to demonstrate the company’s prowess and unique take on virtual care. Through the work of this campaign, PlushCare was able to earn the attention of Accolade, which acquired PlushCare for $450 million in June 2021.

CYBER.ORG: Creating Standardization Around K-12 Cybersecurity Education

CYBER.ORG’s mission is to inspire students to pursue careers in cybersecurity by providing a free cybersecurity curriculum to K-12 educators nationwide. CYBER.ORG spearheaded the development of the first-ever K-12 Cybersecurity Learning Standards to introduce a uniform standard cybersecurity curriculum across all 50 states and provide educators with a roadmap for teaching cybersecurity to all students. In partnership with RH Strategic, CYBER.ORG elevated its thought leadership platform on the national stage and created visibility for its National K-12 Cybersecurity Learning Standards.

RH Strategic generated visibility of CYBER.ORG’s National K-12 Cybersecurity Learning Standards among policymakers, government agencies, federal and state government, and cybersecurity and education experts through nearly 30 pieces of coverage in publications such as The Hill, District Administration and Security Magazine, as well as the 70 social media posts developed to promote the standards. Through our work, RH Strategic helped secure input from 52 federal and state government, education, and cybersecurity experts on the standards.
